Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule applies to the registration fee you paid:

• Through September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern: 75% refund of the registration fee paid.
• September 16 through October 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern: 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
• Beginning October 8, 2026: registration fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your Manage Registration link or in writing to hello@ownthecusp.com. Requests are reviewed administratively, and approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

You may transfer your registration to another attendee under the following conditions:

• Registration transfers are permitted through October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ownthecusp.com and must include the replacement attendee's full name, email address, job title, organization, and mobile phone number.
• The existing ticket type and transferable ticket benefits move to the replacement attendee.
• If an individualized benefit has already been initiated or delivered, such as an assessment or coaching session, Own the Cusp^™ may determine whether that particular benefit can transfer.
• No transfers are permitted after October 29, 2026 or on site.

No refund or credit is provided for no-shows, missed sessions, late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance.

• Speakers, sessions, schedules, and programming may change.
• If Own the Cusp^™ cancels the conference, registration fees paid will be refunded.
• Own the Cusp^™ is not responsible for airfare, hotel, transportation, or other attendee-incurred travel costs.
• If the conference is rescheduled, registrations transfer to the new dates and registrants who cannot attend may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling notice.
