  • Professional information: job title, organization, and seniority level.
  • Dietary and accessibility information: dietary restrictions or allergies and accessibility accommodations, so we can prepare a safe and welcoming experience.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor, as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • process and confirm your registration and payment;
  • communicate event details, logistics, and updates;
  • coordinate dietary, accessibility, and on-site accommodations;
  • deliver any individualized benefits included with your ticket, such as the Influence and Alignment Matrix;
  • provide required transactional communications, including your registration confirmation and registration-management links;
  • with your optional consent, send you information about future Own the Cusp events and opportunities.

Transactional communications are part of your registration and are sent regardless of marketing consent. Marketing communications are sent only if you opt in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Payment Processing Through Stripe

Payments for Own the Cusp registrations are processed by Stripe. Your payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on Own the Cusp systems. We receive a confirmation of your transaction and limited transaction metadata necessary to confirm your registration. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the registration experience:

  • Base44 powers our application platform, registration system, and data storage.
  • Stripe processes registration payments securely.
  • HubSpot helps us manage attendee communications and relationships.

These providers process information on our behalf and only as necessary to deliver their services. Each is responsible for its own privacy and security practices.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sponsor and Partner Data-Sharing Limitations

We may partner with sponsors and partners whose offerings are relevant to Own the Cusp attendees. We do not share your personal information with sponsors or partners except where you have separately requested a connection or where it is necessary to deliver a specific benefit you have enrolled in. Any such sharing is limited to the minimum information needed for that purpose.

Influence and Alignment Matrix™ Results and Individualized Development Information

Your individual Influence and Alignment Matrix results, assessment responses, coaching notes, and any other individualized development information are treated as confidential. We do not share these results with your employer, sponsors, partners, or any third party without your separate consent. Access to this information is restricted to authorized Own the Cusp personnel who need it to deliver the experience.

We do not use these technologies to sell personal information. Data Retention

We retain your registration and attendee information for as long as necessary to deliver the event, provide any post-event benefits, maintain accurate records, and respond to your requests. We keep individualized development information only as long as needed to provide the related benefit, unless a longer period is required by law or to fulfill a legitimate business need.

You may:

  • withdraw marketing consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us;
  • request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
  • ask us to limit how your information is used or shared.
