Registration Terms & Conditions
Own the Cusp™ 2026, Effective August 31, 2026
These Registration Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your registration for and participation in Own the Cusp™ 2026, taking place November 5–6, 2026 at Legacy Union 6Hundred, 600 S. Tryon Street, 9th Floor, Charlotte, NC 28202. By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed through Stripe. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Registration is limited to available capacity; if the event reaches capacity, a waitlist may be offered.
Registering on Behalf of Another Attendee
If you are registering on behalf of an attendee, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the attendee information you provide is accurate. The person attending Own the Cusp™ should be listed as the attendee. As a Registration Contact, you may be copied on registration and event communications where you have requested it, but the attendee remains responsible for their own participation.
Ticket Benefits
The benefits associated with your selected ticket type are described at the time of registration. Ticket benefits apply to the named attendee and are delivered as part of the Own the Cusp™ 2026 experience. Some benefits may have eligibility, scheduling, or availability limits as described with the ticket.
Program, Speaker, and Schedule Changes
Sessions, speakers, schedules, and programming are subject to change. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees, but we may modify the program without prior notice. Changes to the program do not entitle an attendee to a refund except as provided in the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy.
Professional Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and partners. Own the Cusp™ reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, or harmful to the experience, without a refund.
Photography and Recording
Own the Cusp™ and its partners may photograph and record sessions and event activities for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such materials and grant Own the Cusp™ permission to use those images and recordings for these purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff on site.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided at Own the Cusp™ 2026, including presentations, handouts, frameworks, and tools, are owned by Own the Cusp™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. They are provided for your personal, professional use as an attendee and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without our written permission.
Influence and Alignment Matrix™ Ownership and Use
The Influence and Alignment Matrix™ and all related materials, assessments, and results are owned by Own the Cusp™. Your individual results are provided to you for your personal development and are treated as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use your results for your own professional growth; you may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Matrix, its methodology, or its underlying materials.
No Guarantee of Professional Outcomes
Own the Cusp™ 2026 is designed to support your advancement, but participation does not guarantee any specific professional outcome, including promotion, a new role, or any particular career result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside of the experience.
Travel and Personal Expenses
Registration does not include travel, lodging, transportation, or other personal expenses. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. Own the Cusp™ is not responsible for attendee-incurred travel costs under any circumstances, including event changes or cancellation, as described in the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy.
Accessibility
We are committed to an accessible experience. If you require accommodations, please share them during registration or contact us in advance so we can prepare appropriately. We will work in good faith to support reasonable accessibility requests.
Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Cancellations, refunds, and registration transfers are governed by our separate Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before completing your registration.
